While I think that someone should/should’ve explained the importance of not placing nearly 400 years of blame and aggression on her white instructors, this 8th grader is on to something. It’s a shame that instructors at her school fought to have her kicked out based on her interpretation of the given reading material, and her findings about the current state of education in the united states. I pray that she continues to think, write AND ACT on her ideals.
